Summer Before the fall of yesterday

[Current playlist : Dry Cell - Last Time]
[Actual time : 3 am]

Just got off the phone not so 30 minutes ago. Had a long conversation with a dear friend of mine. and nope, I ain't gonna discuss about that.
I am not going to discuss any specific issue. I have enough assignments to think about. I wanted to talk about something fun. Things I love to do, like dissing others. haha.

I love music. Everyone knows that. Hell, MTV bugs the hell out of me. MTV = Music Television, and yet we're being fed by the same craps. Eurgh..

Whilst discussing the assignment, a friend put on Butterfingers, and I was enjoying it, it was then followed by shitty stuffs. Tons of them...

Few days back, I switched on the TV and MTV was on. It was Australia Video Music Award. On the screen was this freaked out guy with super straight black hair and dark eyeliner, who I later found out to be Jared Leto. The performance was elaborate and theatric (kinda), only that it falls flat. The voice was awful. He practically shrieked and screaming through the song, or it was a form of singing the fanatics and horny teens would put it. I cringed. 30 seconds into the performance, I just couldn't bear it anymore and changed the channel. Sorry Jared Leto and his Mars band (I don't know the name, its Mars something). - The performance remind me of My Chemical Romance's Helena video. Oh! in the video, the vocalist had super straight black hair and dark eyeliner.

Anyone bored with Fall Out Boy? I am!! Saw them on TV, like on every music channel, heard them at stupid cd store, saw them in magazine. Eurgh. I hate the (again) super straight black hair and dark eyeliner guy. Eurgh. the one always wear hoodies and with one of the simpson (the one that used to have black hair and dark eyeliner). That guy is so annoying.
seriously, what is it with guys having super straight black hair and dark eyeliner? do they actually think they look good? or is it some kind of formula to get attention? you know, like, as for the artists, to get MTV play their videos.. Like, the super freaky guy or whatsoever. It's just plain annoying.

Erm guys, we don't like you fooling around with the fucken straightener. just let your hair flow. if your hair is short, just use the fucken gel, but don't overdoing it, last thing we need is Syndrome(villain in the Incredibles), if your hair is long, just comb it damned it! wear a hat, a cap, a beanie, whatever! don't touch the fucken straightener. and oh, dying them black doesn't mean a shit!

As for the eyeliner, What does wearing eyeliner alone accomplished? nada. Don't stop just there. grab those lipsticks and compact powder. Men with make-ups are hawt. References : Joey Jordison and Wed 13 - Murderdolls. If that wasn't extreme enough, corpse paint is most welcome. Do King Diamond, do Kiss. whatever!
I have super black hair and I wear eyeliner - sometimes dark, sometimes light.
Oh hell, I'm just tired with the whole "Summer before the fall of yesterday"* acts on TV, radio, magazine, over the net. They have supershitty songs that sound the same and they shrieked like there's no tomorrow.

* Trivium's Matt Heafy's. any Trivium die hard would know.

Update

It's been ages since the last time I post..

honestly, with assignments and tests, I don't have time whatsoever to post. Even if I have something bothering me, I just don't have time to think about it.

Manic Street Preachers' send away the tiger. I believe everyone should give it a listen. As for me, it is a cross between Everything must go and this is my truth tell me yours. That is good right? I couldn't stomach Know your enemy and Lifeblood is just okay for me, with only few tracks managed to get my attention. Send away the tiger is something else. From the beginning till the end, I just couldn't stop listening... If you expect Holy Bible, don't bother, but this definitely is the Manics at its best.
My Choice : Imperial Bodybags, Autumnsong, I'm just a Patsy, Rendition

Dark Tranquility's Fiction. Another 2007 release that is worth listening. Another DT's album that I love so much is the Projector. Few tracks from Fiction is definitely in the vein of Projector.
My Choice : Misery's Crown , the Mundane and the Magic.

I bought myself Iron Maiden's Rock in Rio dvd. Its an old DVD. I was bored and really in the mood of buying a concert DVD. It was spectacular. worth the cash and listening and watching. huhu..
